Our MIssion
The Seat is NOT Enough will engage readers in an insiders' view of the privilege and pain of being diversity leaders of color, share key insights and lessons learned with the goal of moving away from performative DEIB, and making progress towards substantive change as a united diversity community.
- To tell the untold stories of trailblazers in the fight for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
- To create conversations on the inequity DEIB leaders of color face within the diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging space
- To share the emotional tax paid when lived experience intersects career experience
- To help leaders who are currently hiring people of color to solve in diversity leadership role to better position these leaders for success
- To create better understanding and allyship in the DEIB community
